Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
- Booking confirmation will be provided via call, message, or email.
- Please provide accurate details (pickup, drop, date, time) to avoid issues.
Pickup & Waiting Policy
- Drivers will arrive at the scheduled pickup time.
- A waiting time of 15–30 minutes is allowed.
- Extra waiting time may be chargeable.
Pricing & Payment
- All fares are based on distance, time, and service type.
- Prices are transparent with no hidden charges unless additional services are requested.
- Payment can be made via cash, UPI, or other available methods.
- Advance payment may be required for outstation trips.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations should be made as early as possible.
- Last-minute cancellations may incur charges.
- Advance payments (if any) may be non-refundable depending on the situation.
Outstation & Extra Charges
- Toll tax, parking charges, and state taxes (if applicable) will be paid by the customer.
- Driver allowance may apply for long-distance or multi-day trips.
Safety & Responsibility
- We prioritize passenger safety, but customers are also responsible for their personal belongings.
- Rohan Tour & Travel is not liable for loss or damage of personal items.
- Misconduct or inappropriate behavior with drivers will not be tolerated.
Service Refusal
- We reserve the right to refuse service in case of misuse, unsafe conditions, or violation of terms.
Changes to Booking
- Any changes in trip details must be informed in advance.
- Additional charges may apply for route or time changes.
Delays & Uncontrollable Situations
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
